Our Response to COVID-19

Dear valued staff, customers and friends,

As you know, the last few days of managing COVID-19 Coronavirus have been difficult to navigate for all of us. After considering an attempt to keep Bryan’s operational, the difficult decision has been made to defer auctions and modify operations for the time being. With the ever-changing landscape and current conditions, we feel it is in everyone’s best interest to defer the Puslinch March 25th auction until further notice and to make modifications to our other operations.

This is in light of the fact that Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer of Health urged nonessential businesses and organizations where 50 or more people could gather to close their doors. The immediate safety of our employees, customers and their families is our first priority.

Effective tomorrow, Thursday, March 19, 2020, Bryan’s will take the following actions:

  • Defer auctions until further notice. New consignments will be taken in on an appointment only basis.
  • Retail and Parts Department operations will be on the basis of appointment only.
  • Business inquiries will be handled via telephone and email.

Over the past 50 years Bryan’s has been a part of Ontario’s auction and agricultural community. We thank you for choosing us to both purchase and consign and truly appreciate your business. As a leader in the industry, it is our duty to do what is ultimately in everyone’s best interest in the long run.

Thank you again for your patience with us through this difficult time. Please take care of yourselves and your families. We hope that this closure will be brief and that we will have an auction in the upcoming weeks.
